Fantasia Film Festival 2015: Strayer's Chronicle Review
At first glance, Strayer's Chronicle would seem like an homage or possibly even a rip-off of the highly succesful X-Men franchise, but at midpoint delightfully turns into a live action shonen fighting manga. Fun with great fight choreography, it's a run of frames exploding to reveal a tainted future. Superpowered youth with an expiry date, look to the butterfly to unite them. -Ous Zaim
